Free ground delivery is included for all orders shipping to addresses within the 48 contiguous states.
Because we offer products made by artists all over the country, specific shipping options will vary by vendor. For Hawaii and Alaska, international shipments, and expedited shipping options, simply add the item to your cart and estimate the shipping costs.
Please note the production times on each product page. Many of our products are handmade to order. If you choose an expedited shipping option, that will speed up the shipping time but not necessarily the production time. Please contact us if you need the urn by a particular date to ensure timely delivery.
- Business days. Generally, our vendors do not count weekends or holidays for production and delivery times.
- Stock. Some artists stock items and can ship your order the same or next business day. Other artists take several days or even several weeks to make your order. Production times are listed on each product page.
- Personalization. This always takes time. Some forms of personalization can be done in minutes or hours, while others take days and weeks.
- Ash collection kits. Some products incorporate your loved one’s cremated remains into the memorial itself. This requires a small amount of your loved one’s ashes. US Urns Online or the artist may send you an ash collection kit, or may ask that you send the remains in USPS Priority Mail Express Label 139. Each product page will explain the process for shipping and handling remains.
- Carriers. Each vendor will use their preferred shipping carrier and provide various delivery options, including free ground delivery and (paid) expedited shipping options.
- Free ground shipping. This method can take between 1 and 14 business days for transit, depending on the artist’s location, carrier, size of package, and destination address. However, most items arrive within 2-7 business days.
Return Policy
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction.
- Returns. Unused and non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer must pay return shipping expenses, and we do not offer refunds for expedited or international shipping costs.
- Personalization. We do not offer refunds or returns on personalized products, but if we make an error we will replace it at no cost to you.
- Defect or error. If an item is defective or there is some sort of error on our part, we will replace it or fix it at no cost to you.
- Digital items. We cannot provide refunds on our template downloads. You can try them out before purchase to make sure it’s what you want.
Basically, we strive for a common sense, customer-first return policy. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we’ll fix or replace it. Otherwise, if you decide you don’t like or don’t want the urn, you can ship it back to the artist for a full refund.
